Is there any research that shows healing like this actually works?

I welcomes skepticism and believe it is good to be discriminating, to ask questions, do research and think for yourself. Results are what matters most. Consider the testimonials on this website for examples of how well it can work.

How Does Energy Healing Work?

I cannot explain everything that happens during healing work. I will be a lifelong student of these things, and will continually be learning. I offer workshops to groups of people to explain and train others in the methods I use. This may be the best way to learn and spread the teachings so others may benefit.

How can you have an effect on someone thousands of miles away?

Our understanding of space and time is limited. Albert Einstein said, "Time and space are not conditions in which we live, but modes by which we think. Physical concepts are free creations of the human mind, and are not, however it may seem, determined by the external world.”

Is there anything I can do to get better results from your services?

It helps to have a healthy, active lifestyle, and to be well rested before a session. Some people report benefits from taking a bath  with a cup or two of table salt in the water, along with 10 to 20 drops of lavender oil, then rinsing off afterwards and drinking plenty of water to rehydrate the body. The salt is said to help cleanse the aura, and the lavender is quite soothing. Take the salt bath a day or so before a healing session.

I can’t afford a session now, is there anything I can do to help myself in the meantime?

How do I know if I should do Distance Healing?

If you feel drawn to do this it may be an inner prompting to give it a try.

What should I do during a Distance Healing?

You don’t have to do anything. You could be sleeping or awake and actively doing other things. Distant healing works no matter what you are doing.

Is a session with you a replacement for seeing a doctor, counsellor or other professional?
